Work

Free Pentecostal Fellowship in Kenya aims at supporting women leaders in FPFK. FPFK successfully elected 68 female regional board members and 4 national female board members. These 72 women are a first generation of female leaders in the denomination. They therefore need capacity building, networking and support on several levels to be successful in their new roles. As the church adjusts and prepares for a more inclusive leadership The church is  taking  into consideration the church’s needs to prepare and adjust to gender inclusive leadership and sensitive the congregants to receiving them well. Hence creating an enabling environment for women to thrive in leadership roles.
